The Xiliu Memorial Hall is located at No. 7 Dongfang Road, Yangshan Town, Huishan District, Wuxi City. In order to promote the spirit of the "Wuxi Anti Japanese Youth Exile Service Group" (referred to as "Xiliu") and inspire patriotic enthusiasm, the museum has been expanded in a different location from the "Xiliu" Memorial Hall at Kuangcun Middle School's "Xiliu" assembly starting point - Luqu Bridge Primary School (original site). The expanded memorial hall covers an area of about 300 square meters, with a main building of two floors and a construction area of 280 square meters. The venue is divided into five themed sections: gathering the torrent of the stream, embarking on the road to the west, inspiring national sentiment, fearlessly facing hardships, and serving the country without regrets. It is a party education base that integrates on-site teaching, ritual education, video education, and party lesson education. Since its opening in August 2018, it has fully played a role in leading party building and educating people through party history and political education. In 2018, the venue was awarded the title of "Wuxi Party History Education Base".
